Access to our services is not permitted for persons under the age of 18 years. No one under the age of 18 should provide us with personal information through any of our Services. We do not specifically collect personal information from persons under 18 years of age. Parents and guardians should constantly monitor their children's related activities.
5. Where do we store your information?
5.1 Personal information of Bella Visitors, Bella Users may be stored, processed and stored by Bella Agency LLC and other jurisdictions as required for the proper provision of our Services and / or as may be required by law.

6. Applications for work in Bella
Bella invites all eligible candidates to apply for any of the open vacancies published at https://www.bella-agency.site/jobs by sending us their contact details and CV (“Applicant Data”) through the appropriate Application Form for A vacancy on our Website or through other channels that we provide. We understand that the confidentiality and keeping the information provided to us secret is crucial for our Applicants, and we strive to ensure the confidentiality of Applicants Data and use them exclusively for internal recruitment purposes (including for identifying Applicants, evaluating their Data, and making decisions about hiring and managing staff, as well as for contacting applicants by telephone or in writing).
Please note that Bella will keep on file Applicant Data provided to us for more than two years after the vacancy has been filled or closed. This is done so that we can review their candidacies for other vacancies and opportunities at Bella; so that we can use the Applicants Data as a model for future applications made by them; and, if the Applicant is hired, for other managerial and business purposes in connection with his / her work at Bella.

7. Exchange of Personal Information with Third Parties
Bella may transfer your Personal Information to third parties (or otherwise provide them with access to it) only in the following manner:
7.1 Third Party Services:
Bella has partnerships with a number of Service Providers whose services and solutions complement, facilitate and improve the Services we provide. They include hosting and services for server co-location, communication and content delivery (and distribution) network (CDNs), data protection and cybersecurity services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention, web analytics, email distribution and monitoring services, recording of work sessions and remote access services, performance measurement and data optimization services, marketing services, content providers and our legal and financial consultants (collectively, "Service Providers (s)).
7.2 Interaction with law enforcement agencies, legal requests and other duties:
Where permitted by local data protection laws, Bella may disclose or otherwise allow others to access your Personal Information upon legal request, in particular on a subpoena, as part of a different legal procedure, search warrant, or court order, or in order to comply with the requirements of applicable law, if we conscientiously assume that the law requires us to do so with or without prior notice.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons): We and some Service Providers can use software called Clear Gifs (aka Web Beacons or transparent-gifs), which allows them and us to improve our Services by measuring them efficiency and productivity. Web beacons are tiny images with unique identification codes that are similar in function to cookies, but they are not stored on your device, but instead are built into our Services.
Flash and HTML5: We and some Service Providers may also use tracking technologies known as "Flash Cookies" and "HTML5", primarily for advertising purposes.
